Dulcinea - Itinerario tra i dolci della tradizione Pasticcera Italiana

La manifestazione è organizzata dalla Condotta Slow Food di Legnano e vi propone un itinerario nella tradizione italiana del Dolce.Nell'ambito della manifestazione sono previsti laboratori e degustazioni con abbinamenti tra dolci e vino e ovviamente tè.
Tè dalla Cina, dal Giappone, dall'India, da Ceylon, Tè verdi, rossi (neri), oolong, bianchi, gialli puri o profumati, caldi o freddi tutti da degustare presso la teeria organizzata in collaborazione con Barbara Sighieri de " La teiera eclettica" di Milano docente Master of food presente a Dulcinea con i tè di "Mariages Fréres" e con Enrico Patriarca titolare della Peter's tea House di Varese docente Master of food (è stato il docente del master sul tè organizzato a Legnano) presente a Dulcinea con i tè della Peter's tea house.
